Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide and all our shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

In stock pieces: Typically ships within 3 days

Pre-order pieces: Typically ships within 4-6 weeks

UK Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £150.

Orders of £150 and under are charged £5 with a 48 hour tracked and signed service.

International Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £250  (approx. 3-7 working days).

Orders of £250 and under are charged £20 for Europe and USA. Rest of the world are charged £40.

Please note that international customers outside the UK are responsible for any potential customs fees and taxes for importation into your country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order as it varies for each country.

RETURNS

We’re happy to accept returns (except for pre-ordered pieces) within 14 days upon receipt. Please email us at info@myjoul.com and we'll help you with the refund. 

 Our returns policy:

  • The item must be new and unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • After the 14 days have lapsed, unfortunately no returns will be accepted.
  • We are unable to process any exchanges 
  • Refunds are only made to the card used to purchase the jewellery.
  • Banks may take up to 5 working days to make credit/debit card refunds. Myjoul doesn’t accept liability for the length of time a bank may take to process refunds.
  • Initial shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return. This also applies if you ordered multiple items and received free delivery but the items kept are now under this value.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items as it’s especially made for you.
  • As we are a new, small business, we are not at this point of time able to cover the shipping fee for sending the item back to us. 

To make sure your returns reach us safe and sound, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. Myjoul will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

If delivery is refused from an international location and taxes are charged on receipt back to us, they will be debited from your refund amount.
