Orders & Shipping
Yes, we do! You can enjoy a Myjoul piece wherever you are. Our prices on the site are shown in Pound Sterling and can also be shown in other currencies if you so choose in the top navigation. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.
We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible but some pieces can take up to 3 days before it gets shipped to you. In a hurry? Get in touch at info@myjoul.com and we

Once your order has been placed, we are unfortunately not able to cancel or amend it.
Each order arrives in a custom Myjoul box. Depending on size, multiple orders may be packaged in the same box unless specified that each needs to arrive in a box, we may package them in the same box depending on the size of the items.
Yes, all our shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery. That’s why we are not able to deliver to a PO box.

Returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings or other pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons. We have listed all the dimensions of our earrings so you can make sure you get the right size. If you have any questions before you order, please email us at info@myjoul.com
Warranty
We guarantee your jewellery to be free from manufacturing defects for one-year. It can include loose crystals and hinge breakage. It does not include wear and tear, scratching or damage due to improper cleaning or storage.
